Terrific introductory article

Hello everyone. I recently came across an article which should provide you with a fantastic introduction to the difficulties of recruitment in rural libraries. The piece focuses specifically on Canadian libraries, but the issues are just as true for the U.S. as well. I've posted the article to my Clarion Jupiter account.
